Weekend is the best time for spend time with family, visiting a place to spend the holidays. One place for a vacation close to home, could be an option.  My house, close to the river edge. The largest river on the island of Borneo, and even one of the longest in Indonesia.  The name of the river is Barito, Barito name taken by name in the Barito region including the upstream region of Central Kalimantan province, but is often used to call the entire watershed is up to its mouth in the Java Sea in South Kalimantan, called Estuary Banjar / Kuala Banjar. You’ll see some people using boats to sell his wares, ranging from vegetables, fish, cakes, etc.

The Oldest Mosque, Sultan Suriansyah Mosque

As a culture with a strong element of Islam, nearly along the river we’ll see a few mosques in the form of large and small. One of the oldest mosques made at Banjar kingdom’s first king, Sultan Suriansyah. Name of the mosque was given the name of the Sultan Suriansyah.
